Online resourcefulness meeting
with psychologist Sasha Ulyanchenko

Supporting yourself and others today

November 19th, 14:00-16:00

This online event is recommended for everyone who is interested in expanding their understanding of resourcefulness, as well as finding and strengthening their support systems today.

The meeting will include a number of various activities, designed to expand and strengthen the participants’ state of being and lifestyle (which are, of course, individual). We will brainstorm, practice projective psychology resourcefulness techniques with discussion, ponder the value and meaning of our personal resources and collective resources together and separately, and do a little meditation exercise if we have the time.

Duration of the meeting is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

About the host:
Aleksandr Ulyanchenko

Practicing narrative and emotion-image psychologist with over six years of experience. Aleksandr has helped dozens of people and families, hosted training courses, lectures, and other events. He has experience in social, cultural, educational and activist work. Currently, he has a private practice and a blog on psychology, alongside visual arts and volunteering as a therapist for Coming Out.
